The Problem
Blockchain networks depend on reliable infrastructure, but technical performance alone does not guarantee adoption or a positive user experience. Users frequently encounter difficulties with wallets, accounts, transactions, and network resources, while exchanges and infrastructure providers face additional challenges during protocol upgrades and operational changes.
For the EOS ecosystem, these challenges created a need for accessible technical assistance, trustworthy educational resources, and stronger communication between network participants. Without coordinated support, users could struggle to resolve issues, exchanges could experience prolonged service interruptions, and ecosystem projects could face unnecessary barriers to adoption.
The challenge was to connect reliable blockchain operations with practical user support, technical coordination, and ongoing ecosystem engagement.
The Solution
EOS Support established a multilingual blockchain support and education platform, providing technical assistance, educational resources, and coordination with exchanges, infrastructure providers, and ecosystem projects.
Through a funded working relationship with the EOS Network Foundation (ENF), alongside community funding through Pomelo, EOS Support expanded its technical services, network communications, and ecosystem development activities.
Over approximately two years of documented operations, EOS Support closed more than 2,700 support tickets, delivered over 21,900 support replies, and recorded more than 250,000 Learning Center article views. The team reported creating more than 400 English-language articles, completing over 2,250 translations and 1,000 article edits, and providing educational resources across nine languages. Its work also included technical assistance for major exchanges, network upgrade coordination, and blockchain onboarding tools. These achievements are detailed in the EOS Support operational reports.
EOS Support also expanded into production blockchain infrastructure, becoming a Top-21 Vaulta block producer.
Architecture and Engineering Direction
Operated by RORO Technology, EOS Support combines blockchain network infrastructure with ecosystem-facing services. This approach reflects RORO Technology's direct operational experience in block production, technical support, exchange coordination, and blockchain ecosystem development.
On the infrastructure side, EOS Support operates block producer infrastructure on Vaulta, formerly EOS. Its responsibilities include participating in network consensus, maintaining node operations, and providing public API and peer-to-peer endpoints for blockchain connectivity.
On the service side, EOS Support has operated multilingual support channels, ticket-based assistance, educational resources, and news distribution systems. These services provide accessible interfaces between blockchain technology and the users, developers, and organizations interacting with it.
The broader engineering direction demonstrates the value of combining dependable blockchain infrastructure with operational services that address real ecosystem needs. Rather than treating nodes, technical support, and ecosystem communication as entirely separate activities, EOS Support brings these responsibilities together within a coordinated operating model.
EOS Support was also listed among the block producers participating in the March 2025 network transition discussions.
What Can Be Learned from This Approach
EOS Support demonstrates that sustainable blockchain infrastructure involves more than technical deployment and network participation.
Reliable block production provides a foundation for network operations, while user assistance, educational resources, and technical coordination help reduce the practical barriers that can prevent blockchain adoption.
The initiative also highlights the importance of collaboration between infrastructure operators, exchanges, foundations, and community organizations. Coordinated technical support during network upgrades can help ecosystem participants identify and resolve operational issues more effectively.
For blockchain projects and infrastructure providers, the broader lesson is that infrastructure and ecosystem services can reinforce each other. Combining production operations with accessible support and clear communication creates a more comprehensive approach to maintaining and developing blockchain ecosystems.
